I don't publish catalogues, and I don't work with call-centres. Every presentation begins with a short conversation to understand what you're looking for, your timeline and your tolerance for in-progress construction. Only then do I share names, plans and prices. What we discuss stays between us until you decide otherwise.
I specialise in pre-construction and new developments along Portugal's mainland coast — Peniche, the Centre and other areas with a proven micro-market. Typical ticket sits between €260,000 and €1,500,000. I don't represent the resale or spot market.
Conversation is in Portuguese. The platform translates everything into English, French, German and Spanish in real time so you can read calmly in your own language. Meetings are multilingual, in person or by video call.
Private site visit and area tour, in-person review of plans and finishings spec, no-pressure conversation and, if you decide to move forward, a CPCV signed in person at the developer's office. No online reservations, no click-to-pay. Each deed is followed from start to end.
International buyers — UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Brazil — looking for a first or second home, who wish to lock in price during pre-construction and who value in-person handling, fiscal clarity and post-deed support.
I only work with builders whose track record I can verify: previous developments delivered on time, with 100% of units sold and proof of permitting. I refuse cross-commissions and any pressure on the buyer. My loyalty is with you.
